Good evening,
I am a former bicycling enthusiast, now in my 80th year, living near Pottstown, Pa. I can recall how much enjoyment my 5 sons and I had mountain biking, fishing andmbcamping when we were all younger. Our family owns several properties just below the Pa Grand Canyon along Pine Creek in the Pa Wilds. We use the facilities sporadically, and they are not being used a lot of the time. We have many friends who also have properties that are frequently available. The entire area is honeycombed with gorgeous trails of all levels of difficulty.
At this point in my life I am primarily interested in enabling other families who find real enjoyment in the outdoors, to take advantage of the marvelous scenery that we have in this very unique, pristine, wilderness area, laced with hundreds of miles of trails I have been thinking about setting up several of our facilities to specifically serve the mountain biking community. One of the services I have been considering is a shuttle service, which would arrange to transport the biker's vehicle from the trip beginning point so that it is waiting at the end of the trail. I already have a good assortment of trail maps that would be made available at our locations. How important would hi-speed Internet service be? TV, telephone service? (we generally don't have cel phone service in the area because of the steep valleys. Would Magic Jack service be adequate?
I would like to enter into a dialogue with one or more of your members to help me come up with facilities that would best meet your collective needs.
My wife and I have a small choose-n-cut Christmas tree farm on our small 7 acre far être. This is our 50th year of operation. If you'd like to know more about myself, I suggest you go to our website, heylmuns pine hill Christmas tree farm, we have a good bit about our family.
I an looking forward to hearing from one or more of your members.
