i'm sure

we're all either ridin' hard or training hard :cornut:
i'm all over the place with cycling and who knows if the forumula will work. The funny thing is they say "it's simple as riding a bike" that person should be shot::tongue:

i've experienced some situations where you just go into instinct mode and see what happens. i remember jay D yelling behind me and we went down the spanky. I still remmber the feeling of "i didn't know my bike could do that" I remember riding south of moab and on one of the rides, our guide said 3 hrs into a long ride "just head up that road and the camp is right up there" :madmax: 26 switchbacks and 6K climbing later i was in "the rears". Today was a big effort day. no need to bore with specifics b/c everyone's plan is different. All i can say is 6 guys(1 two time world champion, 1 2 time national champ, a cat 2 and master's and big old me) going 30mph around the velodrome with fixed gear bikes riding 4 inches on eachother's wheels and all in aero bars:yikes:. the legs scream of pain, the heart can't go any harder, your stomach is turning inside out, your mind constantly tells you to just stop:cryin: but you push through and after, you simply ask "what could i do better" There's thousands of ways to do things, and the toughest part is to say "i don't know the best, can you teach me"

good night:smile:
