some of you may know Mike Belefonti as the loudest and most obnoxious rider in the LV. he has become a good friend of mine and always my loudest fan(even though he's usually cursing and calling me a pussy). Well, a couple months back he was diagnosed with non-hogkins(sp) lymphoma which of course put a damper on his proposed racing calender of like fifteen 24 hr races or something crazy like that(sometime the nice ones aren't too smart) His treatments are going well and has even snuck in some rides with me. So to the part that impressed me. tomorrow he starts another round of treatment and instead of moping around like i would this crazy bastard is actually doing a loop at sals then riding straight to the hospital for 5 days of chemo. I wish i had half of his passion for this sport. So for the next couple days drop him a line on this thread and do a extra lap on your next ride for him. he would.
