Bikeworks in conjunction with the Montgomery Chapter of the Pennsylvania Equine Council is working with Green Lane Park to improve the trail system, but we need your help!
Due to budget cutbacks, the Park no longer has the proper funding to hire individuals to maintain the trail system. However, there is approval to create a multi-use trail system to encircle the Park. This is where you come in...
We need your "sweat equity" to help improve the existing trails to make them multi-use. This will be an ongoing project, and with your help, we can have a wonderful place to ride, hike, and enjoy.
Meet us at the Red Trail Parking Lot on Knight Road on Saturday, June 4th at 9:00am. This date also happens to be National Trail Day. Spend an hour or the day... Anything will help. We will have a limited number of tools available, so please bring shovels, racks, picks, or saws. No power tools please.
