I left my house today at 11 AM heading 25 Miles north to Emmaus. Its an up and down Hilly Ride-I got to emmaus and did the 2-5-10 Loop, then headed to South Mountain Cycles to stop in and say hello and grab some supplies....Mark suggested that I head back to H-ville with Jamie, who came from the same direction......damn that dude just destroyed me...Blame it on the 2-5-10, blame it on the muffin.....but i did all I could to keep him in my sight on the climbs....well i have to thank the dude, cause i would of sand bagged the whole way back otherwise....I also gave a shameless plug to the VMB site, cause the dude is a Single speeder and never heard of Sals....we have to fix that!
