i always think if i'm writing about what i'm doing people think i'm all about me, but who cares anymore. I'm writing b/c i don't feel like watching tv.
tuesday's are hill days. we start out with a nice warm-up and then go over lehigh mtn(sorry i know it's road) i'm using a 12-27 right now to get spinning. details are boring but i got experience the hills east of hellertown. i think it's probably the ones from the charity ride. 3200 ft in 90 minutes. holy crap those hills are steep and long. They were however great for training. nice and steady to get a rhythm(sp). did 6 climbs in all. knees felt a little soar but did a epsom salt soak and legs were ready to go. did some light spinning to prep for the crits tomorrow. Good test i'm sure since i have some loffffty goals this year. if the back stays pain free mtn bike racing should be decent but we'll see.
balancing work(huge quotas)being there for the kids wife and training gets challenging but waaaaaaaaaaa, suck it up joe and do it.
got new maxxis ignitors for racing this year. having had good luck with tubeless but we'll keep trying. the new fuel is moving all over the place itchin' to be ridden.
