Trail work and ride weekend on the Allegrippis Trails at Raystown Lake.
Come Join IMBA and the Raystown Mountain Bike Association for a weekend of giving back to the Allegrippis Trails. There will be a full day of trail projects on Saturday Oct 9th, but camping opens on Friday the 8th and lasts until Sunday the 10th, so bring your bike and enjoy the fruits of your labor. We are working on sponsorship, but expect lunch on Saturday, :beer: on Saturday night and swag aplenty.
Saturday's class room session will begin at 9:30 and will cover the history of the project, the trail building techniques used and the projects we will tackle that day. Lunch will be at approximately 11:30 and then we will head out to the work sites until 5pm. Bring sturdy work shoes, long pants, gloves and water. Snacks will be provided.
Cost of the weekend camping is free, but you must participate in the work session on Saturday. Donations to the trails will certainly be appreciated.
