Hey gang, I am putting some "feelers" out to maybe help my parents find a new home for their Golden Retriever, Barnaby. He is a pure bred golden that will be two in November, and is pretty large, probably 85lbs. He is a lovely dog, but my parents are in their late 70's and this dog is proving to be quite the handful for them. Basically, what this dog needs is a lot of exercise, which he doesn't really get, so he is quite the handful. I think he would make an ideal MTB dog, thus the reason I am trying I am posting here. He is very high energy, and is quite the chewer, but again, I think some of his behaviors are due to pent up energy. They are on the fence about finding him another home, but I think if they found the right person they would do it for his sake.
