Doin' Locust Lake with Mike (mbike) for Saturday Shuffle and then Sunday will go a little old school and rip around the "Old Tamaqua Bungalow Race course". I have spent the last month here and there trying to "ressurect" many of the Bungalow trails in Tamaqua :cornut: Have been hiking, raking, cutting, clipping, and trying to rejuvenate alot of the trails... so a ride/tour this Sunday 8:00 AM sounds like a plan. Meet in the upper parking lot of the "Howard Beuler Memorial Park/Swimming Pool" aka The Bungalow. Look for a green Dakota with a Kona.
*Should be around 6 miles or so and take hour/hour and a half. Will be pretty much an out and back this time for "Part 1" until I can get more of it a bit more ridable and then Part 2 in a few weeks. Some very short hike a bike sections due to erosion issues and coming back up some of the downhills, but still plenty of whoops and cool stuff 
Although I don't really know if some of it is too beginner friendly. Medium pace with some motivation thru the real cools sections and drops. There will be some double track, motocross, and atv type sections (that really can't be avoided) but still alot of single track stuff to play on :thumbsup:
