Here are links to the Garmin Data that my friend and techno geek Dan Ellis [yeah, another techno geek named Dan, like the world needs one more;)] recorded. Press the Play button on the start locations and you will see the location, speed, elevation and heart rate changes overlaid in real-time. It is prety cool stuff.
I like that we did it a a pretty fast clip and our average was only 8mph. Ouch...
