This ride is to an $6.00 ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT breakfast buffet at St. Josephs Church in Summit Hill. Leave from the canal parking lot in Weissport at 8:30 AM and head up to Jim Thorpe. Then up the Switchback to Summit Hill and the Church. Homemade waffles, omelets, bacon, eggs, sausage, ham, homefries, OJ, coffee and baked goods. The return trip is an easy all-downhill ride. Bring a bike lock if you have one.
