Date:
Sunday, August 31, 2008 - 8:00am to 4:30pm
Basically we'll be following the "Cowbell Hollow Trail" as described in one of the old Giz Guides: 25-30 miles of mixed singletrack and fire roads, featuring climbs, descents, and lots and lots of rocks.
R.B Winter is a great place, rugged & very scenic, but it's also pretty far away, maybe a 2-3 hour drive, so it would probably be best to meet and carpool. (We can solidify plans later, but there's a diner I know in Tannersville...)
By the way, this will be an all-day event, and if there are bail points along the route I don't know about them. You will not be home in time to mow the lawn, and you will probably miss dinner.
