If you happen to run across Bill over at Sals let him know that you appreciate all of the work he's put in over there.
Bill is retired, in his 60's, and has been over at Sals several times a week this Summer clearing the brush along the trails and hacking through some of the un-rideable logs that fell across the trail.Because of his efforts we have been spared this maintenance work. In the last few years I believe we scheduled two days just to clear brush along several areas of the trails in the summertime.
As you know Sals has a lot of underbrush like spice bush and vines and stickers because of the lack of a forest canopy in a few places. So thanks to Bill its been clear sailing along our fun trails!
