Ok a little off-topic and not for sale but here it goes. I have a carriage house on the back of my property in West Bethlehem that is for rent. Two floors, 3 BR, 1 BA, W/D, central air.
I say a "little" off-topic because in addition to being a sweet place it is less than a ten minute ride to the Dialysis Center trailhead and a "quick climb" 
to SML once you're over the bridge.
Plus it's only a leisurely one mile townie bike cruise to the Brew Works. :beer: PM me if interested.
