The Sals Ride has been re-scheduled for Sun. June 8th.
On Sunday June 8th Bike VMB will return the favor, blood, sweat and bruises by hosting the Hubbard Bicycle Club for a ride at Salisbury Mountain Park. Sals trails are well known for their flow, design and layout, as well as the climbing and off-camber sections. As well, they also hold up exceptionally well to wet weather. The Bike VMB crew are all great hosts as well who will show Hubbard a great time and their handiwork. Expect a 2-3 hour ride depending on how things flow. The ride will start from the top of Salisbury Mountain at Dodson Park and plummet into wicked twisted singletrack with a rock or two. Can he northeast rock crawlers handle the Sals lungbusters and high speed off-cambers. Post ride refuelling tentitively takes place at the Bethlehem Brew Works (unless you guys have a better idea).
On Saturday Hubbard Bicycle Club is pleased to host the Valley Mountain Bikers visit to Hubbard Mountain Bike Club for a day of singletrack, swimming and pond-jumping followed by a legendary Hubbard Feast.
Riding time @ each location will be at 10:00am. Driving from each location is roughly 1 1/2 hours and an easy drive up/down the turnpike. Directions will be posted accordingly. This ought to be really fun for all!
