Here is a short list of places I have never ridden, but have heard oodles of great things about them. Plus some places I have been that I need to revisit.
I'm sure some of you out there have been to some these places often.
This forum is to spark interest in people expressing a desire to "Show us the Way" on these classic day trips.
- Prompton Dam up near Honesdale and Hauley.
- Fell Mt. (Merli Sarnoski, Carbondale) Really bummed I missed that one last year.
- Green Blaze trail in JT, that was one of my favorite rides last year. (Don, I'll be waiting for you to post this one)
- The trail with the Porcelain Unit also in JT.
- Mt. Gretna trails out in Lebanon Co. I have some friends there, I could lead that one.
- Round Valley since it's days may be numbered.
- Allamuchy, Heard too many good stories to let another year go by without getting there.
- Rothrock SP, maybe not the whole epic but at least a healthy chunk.
Are you as excited as I am just thinking about these places?
