the cast is cut off, the wrist is still broken, got a little tape, and the 661 wrist wrap pro, and it was on, 6 rides in the last 8 weeks, and cut the cast yesterday, did a 4.5 mile mountain bike time trial today in 21 minutes...lets see if what i can bring together in the next two weeks
