Soooo...I did a loop at Sals on Sunday and did a much different loop and skipped the three Bs etc. When I got back to the Dodson lot I was speaking to a friend who just came up that trail. He said there was some tallish guy with a grayish mustache removing rocks from the trail. The self appointed trail worker said he was removing "tire biters" from the trail.
BTW. I believe the guy was not riding that day.
I was going to ride down and speak with the guy but I was running very late.
Sooooooo....I just rode Sals this afternoon and holy crap! There are HUNDREDS of rock removed on the upper red.
If anyone knows who that guy is, we need to educate. Perhaps I'll make a sign for that section to prevent further craziness.
I'm sure we'll get through this but WTF?
