Check out this trail. The Guadalasca in Big Sycamore Canyon. I did it on Saturday with Ben, who doesn't sweat or breathe hard after few thousand of feet climbing.

The video is the first half of the downhill and is the part you see in the image. The second half isn't quite as long, but it is rip ass fun.
When you get to the bottom, you really are not at the bottom. It's still 5 miles downhill to the trailhead at the beach.
Doug and I did this earlier this year. It is much better shape now and has been repaired. Many of the switchbacks were unrideable before.
