I stopped in at a local bike shop close to where I work in NJ to simply get a new tube for my rear tire; Garden State Bicycles. Walked out a lot poorer after chatting for about 30 minutes with one of the tech's.
I probably should make sure I'm stocked up on band aids and antibiotic ointment also before I put these on my Trek. These will be my 1st set of clip-in pedals.
I must say the tech at the shop, Mike, was very helpful, listened well and was a wealth of knowledge...he is a big MTB'r also. Always pays to buy local and work with a shop that actually rides the gear they sell. I know we have shops like that here in PA too.
