Time to make a little room in the garage (and build up a new frame)...
I have a vintage 97/98 Klein Mantra Race frame, bright red w/ black rear triangle. Well-used, but also much-loved. Has a Fox Alps 5R shock w/ very few miles on it since it was last rebuilt by Fox. Rear triangle is canti- or v-brake only. No disc mounts w/o brake therapy adapter or similar. Will throw in XT bottom bracket (square taper), XTR front derailleur and cane creek headset. Needs main pivot bushing replacement (can be found on e-Bay for ~ $35).

54 cm Surly Pacer 4130 chromoly frame and fork, black, in very good condition. Currently built as a canal path commuter with a mix of very old (but functional) 7 spd shimano EX400. 170 mm cranks, 52/42 biopace rings! x 12 - 26 casette. Down tube shifters (indexed). Ritchey stem and seatpost, Cane Creek 1 1/8" headset. Araya alloy rims on shimano hubs - old and not light, but still smooth. Ritchey 32c 'cross tires.
$450 complete, or $350 (firm) for frame, fork and headset.
On-One Inbred 456 - Marzocchi All-Mountain SL 130 mm fork (adjustable to 100 mm via negative air spring), SRAM X9, truvativ stylo cranks w/ GXP BB, Avid Juicy 5 front (7") and Shimano XT two-piston rear (6") hydraulic discs, XT/Sun Rhyno Lite Wheels. World Force high rise bar, Control Tech post.

Cane Creek Thudbuster LT seatpost - long travel elastomer seatpost. 27.2 (fits larger seat tubes with proper shim). Post is uncut. Works well.
