i've told people that sometimes you won't know it but you'll be on a ride and for some reason you feel good, you feel strong, you don't complain, you actually have fun. wether your training or getting back into shape, my experience is there are those rides where you see the results of training. I actually don't know if i'm improving, that's for the results to judge but i did have that feeling of having the training routine showing some signs of progress.
Why do i write this? to tell you how good i think i'm doing? no, just to tell you that no matter what your goals are that keep at it and one day you'll feel it come together, and do all you can to literally smile while your riding:D
The other thing that i've never felt before. Last week it actually felt better to be on the bike that not to be on it. The body felt "normal" being on the bike. i don't know if other people have felt that before but it's a pretty neat feeling. Who knows why, i'm just gonna enjoy the feeling.
