Come on out for a casual but longish ride! No one will be dropped- if you can ride sals then you can handle this ride. Starting at SMC at 9:30 (come early for pre-ride caffeine) we will ride through the Parkway, MLK park, and then take some offroad alternatives to get to the bottom of Constitution, do a loop of Sals, then return the way we came. This ride will have a minimal amount of road- the point is to show some minimum-road methods to ride from Emmaus to other dirt destinations in the valley in prep for a mid-winter Emmaus-Sals-Lehigh-Sals-Emmaus epic. Figure on riding for 3-4 hours, since it is about 12 miles to Constitution, the 9 mile loop at Sals, then 12 miles back. The ride to-from is in no way technical- its just base miles.
